Delete Your CuCu Account
You can delete your CuCu account and associated data at any time — directly in the app, or by email if you no longer have access.
Delete your account in the app
Open CuCu and sign in
Launch the app and sign in with your email code if you aren’t already signed in.
Go to Profile
Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap “Delete account”
Scroll to the account section and choose Delete account.
Confirm deletion
Confirm your choice. Deletion permanently removes your account and the data associated with it.
Deletion is permanent. Your account and its data cannot be recovered after deletion. If you have an active CuCu+ subscription, remember to also cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings — deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription.
Can’t access the app? Request deletion by email
Email support@cucu-ai.com from the email address linked to your CuCu account and request deletion. We use the sending address to verify the request.
Processing time: deletion requests by email are processed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account email
- Your skin profile
- Skin type and skin concerns
- Ingredient preferences and filters
- Saved products
- Folders
- Scan history
What may remain
Anonymous product and ingredient catalog data that is not linked to you as a person may remain — for example, the fact that a product exists in the CuCu database and its ingredient analysis. This information contains nothing that identifies you.
